- Set out, position, fix and check the ceiling cornices and mouldings for alignment and proper operation.
- Level framing, secure boards, neat joints and coordinated openings.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Board and framing supply, electrical/HVAC work and roof-leak repairs are excluded.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide reflected ceiling layout, service opening positions and weather-tight enclosure.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
