What this service includes

  • Set out and construct the gypsum ceiling bulkheads, maintaining the specified dimensions, line and level.
  • Level framing, secure boards, neat joints and coordinated openings.
  • Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

Not included unless agreed

  • Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
  • Board and framing supply, electrical/HVAC work and roof-leak repairs are excluded.
  • Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.

Before work starts

  • Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
  • Provide reflected ceiling layout, service opening positions and weather-tight enclosure.
  • Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
