What this service includes
- Prepare the receiving area, place the ready-mix concrete and complete the required level or finish checks.
- Correct placement, compaction, level, finish and curing controls.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.
Not included unless agreed
- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Concrete supply, reinforcement, formwork and laboratory testing are excluded unless expressly stated.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide approved levels, ready formwork and reinforcement, and confirmed concrete access.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
