What this service includes

  • Prepare and complete the measured concrete surfaces task in accordance with the approved work instruction.
  • Correct placement, compaction, level, finish and curing controls.
  • Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

Not included unless agreed

  • Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
  • Concrete supply, reinforcement, formwork and laboratory testing are excluded unless expressly stated.
  • Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.

Before work starts

  • Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
  • Provide approved levels, ready formwork and reinforcement, and confirmed concrete access.
  • Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
