What this service includes
- Prepare and complete the measured correct identified construction defects task in accordance with the approved work instruction.
- Documented checks, defect identification and a clean handover of completed work.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.
Not included unless agreed
- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Independent statutory certification, destructive testing and rectification work are excluded unless listed.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide approved drawings, schedules, access to completed systems and agreed acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
