What this service includes

  • Prepare the immediate bed, lay the natural grass turf, maintain alignment and complete the specified joints.
  • The approved task outcome, accurate quantities and a clean handover.
  • Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

  • Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
  • Materials, design changes, statutory fees and tasks outside the stated service are excluded.
  • Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.

Before work starts

  • Provide a clear instruction, approved location, required materials and safe access.
  • Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
