Testing of and commission air-conditioning and ventilation systems using the applicable checks, with results recorded for review. The service is measured as per agreed job and covers the stated testing work only.

What this service includes

Prepare the test point, test the and commission air-conditioning and ventilation systems and record the measured result or observed performance.
Secure air-distribution installation, alignment, sealing and airflow checks.
Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

Not included unless agreed

Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
Equipment supply, electrical power work, major duct alterations and commissioning by others are excluded.
Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.

Before work starts

Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
Provide approved HVAC layout, outlet locations, ceiling readiness and safe access.
Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
