What this service includes
- Set out, position, fix and check the grease traps for alignment and proper operation.
- Watertight connections, correct falls and functional flow testing.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.
Not included unless agreed
- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Civil openings, electrical connections and supply of sanitary fittings are excluded.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide approved fixture positions, water source details and accessible connection points.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
