What this service includes

  • Prepare the immediate bed, lay the underground soil drainage pipes, maintain alignment and complete the specified joints.
  • Watertight connections, correct falls and functional flow testing.
  • Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

Not included unless agreed

  • Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
  • Civil openings, electrical connections and supply of sanitary fittings are excluded.
  • Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.

Before work starts

  • Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
  • Provide approved fixture positions, water source details and accessible connection points.
  • Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
