- Accurate setting out, consistent joints, level finish and clean edges.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Tile supply, structural floor repair, waterproofing and screed correction are excluded unless listed.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide selected tiles, approved layout, cured substrate and confirmed finished levels.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
