- Set out, position, fix and check the timber architraves for alignment and proper operation.
- Accurate cutting, sound joints, secure fixing and clean finishing.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Timber or ironmongery supply, specialist factory finishing and structural redesign are excluded.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
