- Measure, fabricate, assemble and erect the light-gauge steel roof trusses, including connection and alignment checks.
- Weather-resistant installation with correct alignment, fastening and drainage.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.
Not included unless agreed
- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Roof materials, structural redesign, lightning protection and concealed damage repairs are excluded.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide approved roof details, materials, safe access and completed supporting structure.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
