What this service includes

  • Measure, position, secure and check the starter and dowel bars against the approved fixing details.
  • Correct bar size, spacing, laps, cover and secure tying.
  • Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

Not included unless agreed

  • Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
  • Steel supply, structural redesign and concrete placement are excluded.
  • Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.

Before work starts

  • Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
  • Provide approved reinforcement drawings, bar schedule and inspected formwork.
  • Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
