- Dimensionally accurate, supported and safely struck temporary works.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Engineering design, structural propping beyond the stated task and formwork materials are excluded.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide approved structural dimensions, load details and a safe working area.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
