What this service includes
- Measure, fabricate, assemble and erect the external scaffolding, including connection and alignment checks.
- Stable temporary access with secure bracing, platforms and edge protection.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.
Not included unless agreed
- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Scaffold design for unusual loads, permits and prolonged hire are excluded unless stated.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide ground conditions, access limits, required working height and loading information.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
