What this service includes
- Prepare and complete the measured existing underground services task in accordance with the approved work instruction.
- Accurate site controls, orderly mobilisation and safe temporary arrangements.
- Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.
Not included unless agreed
- Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
- Permanent works, statutory survey certification and prolonged plant or facility hire are excluded unless listed.
- Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
Before work starts
- Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
- Provide approved site boundaries, access rules, working areas and relevant project information.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
