What this service includes

  • Prepare the receiving area, place the underground drainage pipe bedding and complete the required level or finish checks.
  • Watertight connections, correct falls and functional flow testing.
  • Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

Not included unless agreed

  • Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
  • Civil openings, electrical connections and supply of sanitary fittings are excluded.
  • Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.
