What this service includes

  • Prepare the immediate surface and apply the putty / filler to the specified coverage and finish.
  • Proper surface preparation, even coverage and a clean uniform finish.
  • Check the completed work against the agreed location, quantity and finish before handover.

Not included unless agreed

  • Supply of materials, specialist equipment or access systems unless the quotation expressly includes them.
  • Paint supply, major substrate repairs, moisture remediation and specialist coatings are excluded.
  • Repairs or additional work outside the measured task unless separately approved.

Before work starts

  • Provide the approved drawing, schedule or clear work instruction for the exact area.
  • Confirm colours and finish, provide dry cured surfaces, and clear access to the work area.
  • Ensure the work area is accessible and preceding work is ready for this activity.
